EBI Statement Regarding COVID-19
As our community and clients adjust to the impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to update you regarding our plan to continue to support our clients.
EBi has always been committed to client success. That commitment extends to situations such as this, where you will have extreme pressure to balance business needs with the health of your employees. For that reason, we want to summarize how we plan to continue operations to ensure you have the level of support to which you have been accustomed.
We remain committed to your success and have identified ways to maintain our ability to assist clients who need assistance with employee benefit products, enrollment or HR issues.
We understand that many workplaces have restricted vendor visits to their sites. We want to abide by the policies of our clients and will provide remote assistance where possible – especially in cases where our clients have restricted access policies. We will continue to provide enrollment support where needed and as requested by our clients. Additionally, we also maintain the ability to perform these services virtually through call-center support.
We will continue to follow CDC guidelines and Coronavirus.gov to monitor the situation, and notify you of any potential disruptions. We encourage you to visit its site regularly for updated information as well.
We are primarily focused on the success of your business, the health, and well being of our employees and the employees of our clients.
We appreciate your continued trust and want to assure you that we are making all efforts to protect your health and safety and maintain our day-to-day operations, whatever comes.
Please feel free to reach out to your EBi contact for any questions or to let us know of any way we can be of assistance.
